- 1-1/2 cups of plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp camelina oil
- 4 tbsp cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp honey
- salt and cracked pepper to taste
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and adjust the acidity and sweetness to desired flavour with the vinegar and the honey.This dressing coats spinach salads the best!
