Banana Bread with Dark Chocolate & Toasted Nuts

Ingredients - Cream
  • ½ cup camelina oil
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
Ingredients - Dry
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ¼ cup chopped dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
Place the pecans on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven at 350°F. Toast until desired doneness. Blend dry ingredients and pecans into liquid ingredients. Pour into 1 large prepared loaf pan (or smaller ones if desired) Bake at 350°F until it's baked thoroughly.
