INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
There may be features of the Three Farmers Platforms where we may ask you to provide certain information so that we may provide those services to you. For example, when you interact with our Site, make a purchase, enter a contest, create an account, sign up for a subscription, access, upload or download content, fill out a survey, refer others to Three Farmers, request customer support (by email or telephone or in writing) or otherwise communicate with us. Some examples of information you may provide to us are:
Contact and demographic information: your name, address(es), phone number(s), email address(es), demographics, date of birth, a unique individual password for your Three Farmers account as well as other information about you.
Product and preference information: your product preferences and requests (which may include allergy information), order history, how you want us to communicate with you.
Payment Information: credit or debit card details, shipping and billing information.
Social Media Information: if you interact with our branded social media pages, we may collect information you post on those pages.
Other Information you post or submit: we may collect information when you post user generated content, submit a rating or review, enter a contest or contact Customer Service.
SECTION 2 - INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Like many other websites, we may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons/pixel tags (small image files), log files, barcodes, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information about visitors to our Three Farmers Platforms. We collect some information which is not attributable to an identifiable individual. For example, when you visit the Three Farmers Platforms, our web server automatically recognizes only your computer's domain name, but not your email address or any other information that identifies you personally. One or more of our service providers may not be in Canada, and so your personal information may be transferred to, or stored or processed in another country, such as the United States. As a result, your personal information may be accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the laws of those other jurisdictions.
Sharing of Information within Canada
Three Farmers Platforms are subject to the laws of Canada, which may not provide the same level of protections as those in another country. If you access the Three Farmers Platforms from outside of Canada, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information, including personal information, to Canada. Three Farmers may also process, share, transfer, and store information about our users with third parties on servers located in countries other than Canada. Your personal information may therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence. By using the Three Farmers Platforms, or by providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, processing, maintenance, and transfer of such information to Canada and any other applicable territories.

Please note, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all your information without some information remaining due to backups or other reasons.

When you make payments for products on the Three Farmers Platforms, you may provide your payment information directly to one of our third-party payment service providers. Any information that you submit will be sent to that provider directly without our involvement.
SECTION 7 - PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority without the consent of their parent or guardian. If a child has already provided us with personal information, his or her parent or guardian may contact us to have this information deleted. Access to certain parts of the Three Farmers Platforms and/or eligibility to receive prizes, samples or other rewards may be limited to users over a certain age. We may use your personal information to carry out age verification checks and enforce any such age restrictions.

You may always opt-out of marketing communications (e.g., promotional offers, advertisements, newsletters).
