I love this oil so much especially on salad. I first had the two bottles the ordered the 5lt. The box fits nicely on the shelf in my fridge where it is easy to use the tap as I need oil.
I have been feeding it to my wee chihuahua as well and I have noticed we are both benefitting with softer shinier hair. I am 76 and have also notice improvement in my skin as well.
I mix it in a smoothie with blueberries, protein whey powder & yogurt. Healthy start to the day!
