I appreciate the Camelina Oil for its health benefits + high omega-3 content. This oil has excellent staying power for sautéing vegetables. Love the flavour/nice switch from always using olive oil.
A very good healthy oil which I have always enjoyed and use in salads and cooking.
I do miss the garlic infused or roasted Camelina oils etc. that were previously available.
So now I make my own using Camelina Oil.
I always like getting into a discussion with others about healthy oils and 9 out of 10 people have never heard of Camelina Oil.
A little expensive but as the saying goes (you only get what you pay for)
My son is a chef and I gave him a bottle to try when he was visiting last week….
He said it had a great flavour.
