Ingredients
	- 6 tbsp Camelina oil
- 2–3 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp shallot, finely chopped
- pinch of chili flakes
- sea salt to taste
Whisk lime juice and honey in a bowl until dissolved. Add the rest of vinaigrette ingredients and whisk till emulsified.
