Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator for Three Farmers, you will help to grow and expand awareness for our brand and products within communities across Canada. Your primary tasks will involve building strategic marketing campaigns and overseeing the execution and success of these marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities

• Building marketing and event calendars specific to each of our major markets and communities within Canada
• Building and managing the marketing budget, prioritizing iniatives based on impact and reach
• Vetting and recruiting Ambassadors/Field Marketers to assist in executing on events within their communities
• Coordinate Tradeshows – assist in completion and submission of exhibitor applications, coordinate staffing, assist in successful execution of shows and events
• Working with internal sales staff to execute on retail events and promotions
• Building strategic alliances with regional and national organizations that align with Three Farmer’s values and vision
• Coordinating and communicating with our social media team to plan and execute on online marketing initiatives
• Managing an advertising and PR budget

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years marketing experience
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timelines and details are properly and accurately tracked
• Must be extremely organized and attentive to detail
• Social Media skills and expertise are required
• Experience in advertising and public relations is an asset
