Watermelon Salad with Feta, Mint, and Sea Salt Lentil Topper

Salad Ingredients:

⭐️ 3 Cups Seedless Watermelon, cubed 🍉
⭐️ 1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled 🧀
⭐️ 1 Cup Cucumber, chopped 🥒
⭐️ 1/2 Cup Red Onion, diced 🧅
⭐️ 1/2 cup Fresh Mint, coarsely chopped 🌿
⭐️ 1/3 Cup Three Farmers Foods’ Sea Salt Crunchy Lentil Topper
⭐️ Sea Salt, garnish🧂

Dressing Ingredients:

⭐️ 1/4 Cup Three Farmers Foods’ Camelina Oil
⭐️ 1/4 Cup Lime Juice 🍋💚
⭐️ 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt🧂

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, and salt together.
2. In a large serving bowl, add watermelon, feta, cucumber, red onion, mint, and Sea Salt Crunchy Lentil Topper.
3. Add dressing and toss to coat. 4. Garnish with sea salt, and serve!
