Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 Cup Oats
¼ Cup Peanut Butter
¼ Liquid Honey
½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix together.
- Add the oats, chocolate chips and Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils to the bowl and mix together until combined.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, this will make it easier to roll the mixture into balls.
- Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a bowl, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
- Store the balls in a covered container in the fridge from up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.

¼ Cup Liquid Honey
¼ Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
¼ Cup Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils
¼ Cup Shredded Coconut
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the almond butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix together.
- Add the oats, raisins, pumpkin seeds, coconut and Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils to the bowl and mix together until combined.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, this will make it easier to roll the mixture into balls.
- Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a bowl, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
- Store the balls in a covered container in the fridge from up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
