Ingredients - Cake 1 cup sugar 1 cup camelina oil 4 eggs 2 cups all purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 2 cups grated raw carrot 1 1/2 cup grated apple (any kind but granny smith) 1 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions Blend together sugar, camelina oil and eggs.
