A message to our valued customers and suppliers,

In light of recent events across the World stage, we wanted to take a moment to update our community and partners on how Three Farmers Foods is addressing the issue of COVID-19 while ensuring we continue to produce safe and healthy food products for our customers in this time of uncertainty.

Three Farmers continues to respond promptly to all incoming orders to our grocery partners. There has been great concern about the ability for grocery stores to source quality food items during this time. We assure you that our manufacturing facilities, located here in Canada, will continue to deliver. Additional sanitation measures and protocols have been addressed and the facility has strict guidelines in place for external visitor or contractor access. All staff have been advised not to come to work if they experience any symptoms and any staff that has recently travelled will be asked to remain in isolation for a period of two weeks prior to returning to work.

Our head office team continues to work diligently to ensure that customer orders are filled promptly and that healthy, stable food items remain available to people during this time of uncertainty. Beginning Monday, March 23rd, Three Farmers team members that can work remotely, will do so. Those that have a direct impact on order fulfillment, will continue to work from the office setting, with restrictions in place that allow for the required social distancing.

In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the Public Health Agency and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this virus.

We are here to serve our community and our customers. If there is any way we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office at 877-295-1551 or orders@threefarmers.ca

Keep well everyone and stay nourished!
