Serves 8 Ingredients 10-12lb Turkey 1/4 cup camelina oil (try one of the Three Farmers Roasted Garlic & Chili or Roasted Onion & Basil oils for extra flavour) 6 cloves minced garlic 1/2 cup chopped sage 1/4 cup chopped rosemary 2 large shallots (quartered) 1 fresh lemon (quartered) 1 can Guiness or dark beer/cider of your choice Preheat oven to 350F. Ingredients 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup bell pepper 1?4 cup celery 1?2 small avocado 1?2 tsp sea salt 1?2 tsp dried basil 1?4 cup water 3 tbsp camelina oil Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
