Tacoless Taco Salad
Salad Ingredients
2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
½ to 1 lbs of ground beef, browned and seasoned
1 cup of grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup of red bell pepper, diced
½ to 1 cup of grated marble cheese
1 cup or more of Three Farmers barbecue chickpeas (add to desired crunch)
Dressing Ingredients
½ cup of sour cream & ½ cup of salsa (or as much as desired)
Instructions
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Dress with sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
