Ingredients ½ cup walnuts ¼ cup camelina oil 3 eggs 1 tbsp honey ½ cup almond flour ¼ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp baking soda 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary Directions Preheat oven to 350*C. Three Farmers Omega-3 Super Smoothie
This simple but healthy super smoothie is the perfect way to brighten your morning plus a great way to get your Omega-3!
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavour)
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/3 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Orange juice
1 tbsp Three Farmers Camelina Oil (rich in Omegas and vitamin E)
Throw all these ingredients in your blender and blend until you have the consistency you want.
