Mango Summer Salsa!
Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 Mangos, peeled and diced
¼ red onion, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 fresh limes, juice
Salt and pepper, to taste!
Instructions
Gently mix all ingredients together and serve with your favourite chips or crackers!

3 tbsp, fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
