Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients 2 ripe avocados 1/3 cup Three Farmers Camelina Oil 1/3 cup cider vinegar 3 limes, juiced 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Spoon out the avocado into a blender or food processor. Add vinegar, lime juice, and Dijon. Blend until smooth. While blending, slowly poor in the camelina oil. Slow pouring will ensure a smooth, emulsified, dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Great for tossed salads, greek salads, taco salads, or simply veggie dip.

Ingredients 1 cup fresh, stemmed, dill 1 tbsp cider or malt vinegar 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp greek yogurt 1?2 cup Camelina Oil Toss dill, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and honey into a blender. Blend till smooth. Slowly add oil while blending. For a thicker consistency, add more yogurt.
